Frequently Asked Questions

Since all our products are made on order and are personalised for each person, it takes about 12-14 days for the product to get made and then get dispatched. We try and dispatch your order at the earliest. In India, we will try and make sure your orders reach you within 16-20 days from the date of your order or even earlier.

You can upload your photos using the upload button given on the order confirmation page once you place your order or you can email us your photo/photos to dearmebysaritha@gmail.com with your name and order number on the subject.

Yes! We ship our diaries, planners, journals, notepads, greeting cards, notecards, wrapping papers and gift boxes all over the world. However, due to custom reasons, we don't ship keychains or fridge magnets across the world. These items are available for delivery only within India.

Yes, all our products come neatly wrapped in wrapping paper, so you can trust us in making your day or the day of your loved ones with our cutely wrapped gifts.
